The Danish Digitisation Authority said nine out of ten Danes are satisfied with e-government portal Borger.dk. The rate of satisfaction has gone up by 5 percentage points from 2016 to 92 percent in 2017, it added. The authority said 93 percent consider the portal to be secure, too.
Users think the quality of information provided has improved, with 87 percent of the public satisfied with the content, up from 81 percent in 2016. It said that 87 percent of respondents consider Borger.dk easy to use, up by 6 percentage points from the year before. Meanwhile, 91 percent says the text is written in simple language, up from 86 percent.
