Smart Cities concept was mooted by this government and happening in the country. Spurt in real estate development in two and three tier cities are eminent. Smart Cities for accommodation and business will soon huge Blue Ocean projects. Such townships shall have self sufficient zonal classifications for retail, business and residential. Rural areas and three tier cities , gram penchants and Taluka level developments. Small villages with better connectivity or on the edge of national high ways or state borders are coming up very quickly.
These homes and casbas are coming under affordable housing and qualify for all the incentives besides Smart City advantages mooted by Government. A paradigm shift from cities to Rural India is seen on horizon as huge migration took place in last three months in the country. State government having figures now, going to invest huge funds in rural infrastructure and communications.
Major real estate hubs are now diluted on its skirts and because of boom in Warehousing and storage, huge real estate corridors along these infrastructure are likely to give a tough time to Mega city’s real estate markets.
“Housing On Demand” stage will soon arrive when PMAY is going to construct 50 million houses in rural India. Major shift in work culture like – Walk to Work is been emphases in all government policies. Rationalisation of property rates in all corner of country specifically in Industrial towns and major trading hubs will be achcived with massive infrastructure like Metro and National / state High Ways.
Stand alone cities to be turned into smart cities later on, will change India’s skyline.
