The Chief Executive of the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA), Mohammed Ali Al Qaed, praised the employees at the Muhraaq Seef Mall branch - ID Card Center for their efforts in providing streamlined services to all visitors and in record time.
Mr AlQaed commended the Center’s achievement of winning the gold category for a second year in a row as part of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister’s initiative aimed at evaluating government service centers performances “Taqyeem 2” for 2019, expressing his gratitude and appreciation for this achievement.
During his visit to the Muharraq ID Center this morning, Mr AlQaed highlighted that iGA has given its utmost care and attention to offering services to customers in line with the directives of the Minister of Interior Gen Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, which called to continue developing services for citizens and residents in ID card centers, and to provide services according to a flexible work method to achieve the desired objectives while ensuring the highest levels of comfort for visitors by relying on a comprehensive electronic service system.
Mr AlQaed added that this achievement reaffirms the work team’s diligence in elevating performance, increasing productivity and excelling in service delivery. He thanked the supervisor and branch team members urging team to continue their contributions which reflect positively on iGA’s services .
Muharraq ID Center was part of the government service centers (8) centers which were classified as part of the centers that have received golden category in Taqyeem 2 program following its implementation of a host of procedures and measures that are in line with the standards of the evaluation committee, and has resulted in the Golden Shield hanging at the center due to its excellence in providing services in accordance with the highest levels of quality.
