Ras Al Khaimah courts have registered the very first civil electronic case in a project launched in cooperation with e-Government to offer ten new services to clients.
This came as part of the third workshop that was held at e-Gov headquarters for the advocates and the representatives of 13 licensed law firms at the Ras Al Khaimah courts, with the attendance of the head of the courts for them to be trained practically regarding electronic registration of cases and supplying them with the necessary programmes, user names and passwords.
The Director-General pointed out the necessity of development through offering different and diverse government services which will bring about customer satisfaction.
