In modern world of global age, almost all the people are benefiting with the facility of E-Governance introduced by Government. Keeping in view the importance of DAO as a public office and primary facilitator to masses, DAO has launched android application “PAYNAMA “ with following salient features: provision of web portal and android application both for employees, pensioners and drawing and disbursing officers.
The District Accounts Officer Sialkot Mian Maqbool Ahmad w hile talking to the Pakistan observer said that this office will use web portal to upload individual reports / DDO Reports in EXCEL format while employees / pensioners and drawing and disbursing officer will download the same in PDF format which is unchangeable.
Assistant Accounts Officer/ Focal person of this project Kashif Butt said that the user of drawing and disbursing officer will be created by the concern DAO while the individual Account may be created through android application under sign-up. It is worth-mentioning here that this is totally dispatch system and not integrated with system applications and products (SAP) an ERP related software and it will be totally free of cost without any financial burden on government/ employees.
In the current scenario of Corona Virus, the may be benefited while staying at home and it is a remarkable achievement of DAO Sialkot. Accountant General Punjab Mian Shuja u din Zaka appreciated the efforts of DAO Sialkot on introducing this state of line online facility which may facilitate more than 45 thousand employees and pensioners.
He furthers apprised that the system shall be extrapolated in the whole of the province of Punjab so that meaningful contribution be made in the public service delivery and utilization of the financial resources more effectively
