Experts feel that Google is really serious about building an ultra-high speed broadband network and its efforts should be supported by everyone in the U. S.

Google wants to reach almost half a million people and connect them with 1 gigabit per second (Gbps) Internet and provide this service at very economical prices. Google has already launched Google Fiber for Communities and it aims to encourage people to advocate the development of high-speed broadband network across the country.

Even though increased usage of broadband will help Google in generating more revenue, it will also help in creation of many new jobs that will lead to the development of the overall economy. Businesses across the country stress that the development of broadband is very critical for the long term interests of the country and its future growth.

Many online experts feel that various technologies like telemedicine and 3-D TV cannot be supported by the current broadband services. The upcoming technologies will also need a better level of broadband service to work seamlessly.

On the other hand, some feel that the deployment of broadband in the country must be managed by the private sector. But this also has a lot of critics who feel that the private sector is more concerned about making profits.

The majority still feel that business across the country should support the efforts of the Google in the development of ultra-high speed broadband network.
