DEWA 's website is easy to use and browse. It features 'life-events' that are linked to users' day-to-day needs and requirements. This classification makes it easier for users to get direct services and goes beyond just browsing the site for information.
The website adopts advanced levels of services to offer them as integrated packages under five easily navigable sub-heads: 'I want to...' covering various tasks such as moving homes, viewing bills and changing address, among others, 'I Am..' which offers services for customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and job seekers, News & Events, About DEWA and SMART initiatives.
The website is available in both Arabic and English. It meets accessibility standards to help people with special needs by providing alternative texts for photos and links, and the option to change the font size.
Within the smart Government initiative, (dewa.ae) website applications provide services through phones and smart devices. DEWA is keen to developing its services to meet the current and future needs of its customers. It operates efficiently and effectively to keep up with the latest advancements in technology.
