“The project aims to study the services of the Ministry of Tourism and review the procedures for simplifying and re-engineering their operations, in addition to studying the infrastructure, systems, applications and techniques used to develop them to cope with emerging new technologies.”

He added that the project is designed to reduce administrative burden and the use of electronic certification to verify personal data. “It is expected that the project will reduce the number of printed documents, reduce waiting time and help review the status of the request and automatic verification of the applicant’s data.”
