Dubai eGovernment (DeG), in cooperation with the General Secretariat of Dubai Executive Council, developed and implemented this integrated administrative system with the aim of dealing with suggestions from customers and employees through mechanisms for receiving, studying and handling suggestions for use in upgrading government performance.
Sumaia Hammad, Director of Communication and Business Development Department at DeG, and the eSuggest team received the visiting delegation.
Dubai eGovernment also explained in detail the role of the system in unifying the methodologies used to deal with suggestions and ensure that they are utilised in enhancing corporate performance and improving the quality of services.
The delegation was also given a presentation about the system’s mechanism of generating reports based on operating indicators related to the suggestions like the speed of response to suggestions and the satisfaction level of staff and customers with the responses given.Later, a joint presentation was facilitated by Hazza Al Nuaimi, Project Manager at the Executive Council, Dubai to illustrate how the eSuggest system works.
