Application customization is changing of the source, there should be an orientation session for all the committee, end user, technical staff and other .
It is also critical for members especially THE END USER to adapt with this system requirement, beside that software maintenance and committee member also important for E-Government project to be success and it is critical to identify the group user early on the process and dedicate them to the project and implementation process for the E- government project to be Success.
In real world, the END USER were important because they are the one who will used the system, They should have enough Training for them to understand how the system work.
