IT HAS BECOME EASIER AND FASTER

With the connection established between the digital service and the virtual and physical service, which is a joint work of the Information Technology Directorate and the Directorate of Planning and Urbanization, the application and information process of project taxpayers, building inspection organizations and citizens has become both easier and faster.
CITIZENS CAN FOLLOW THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Thanks to the services transferred to the virtual environment, citizens can follow the current application process wherever and whenever they want, see their missing documents instantly and complete them without coming to the relevant directorate. In addition, since it transfers the status documents requested by the directorate (zoning, ground, etc.) to the virtual environment, unnecessary paper usage is reduced to a minimum.

With SMS and e-mail notifications made through the system, unnecessary delays will be prevented as citizens will know the status of the process before they come to the institution, and who has the last information about their processes when they come to the institution. In this way, citizens' problems will be resolved quickly.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVISED
In the future, in addition to the existing services, additional services will be introduced to facilitate the citizen's application process and subsequent process follow-up. E-Settlement and E-Appraisal Applications, which will enable citizens to access information and documents such as zoning status, building license annex, settlement, static project, floor easement, building application projects, etc. without coming to the municipality; Applications such as the Digital Archive Application, which they can access through the system when they want to review their previous applications and documents, will be revised for digital transformation.
THE NECESSITY TO COME TO THE MUNICIPALITY WILL BE MINIMIZE
In this way, citizens will be able to digitally view the progress of their license applications. Thanks to the application, the necessity of visiting the Municipality's Planning and Urbanization Directorate for reasons such as document control and fee payment will be reduced to a minimum.
