The Program, in particular, implies introduction of individual ID numbers for citizens of Azerbaijan. Individual numbers of citizens will be included in the single register of e-services and be an access code to them. The program also focuses on the transfer of all existing public servants in an electronic format.
The program envisages 83 meetings by 44 governmental agencies, and 30% of all events will consider the issue of commencement of a particular type of e-services. The document also includes measures to develop electronic information resources and organize electronic exchange of information between agencies providing public services.
It is expected that e-services to citizens will be rendered not only by the central bodies of executive power, but also by municipalities and executive power on site.
