According to a survey by the Danish Statistics Office, supported by the Digitisation Authority, the rate of satisfaction with electronic government services rose from 72 percent to 87 percent between 2016 and 2017. Among people aged 16 to 24, satisfaction rose by 21 percentage points, and among those aged 65 to 89, it went up by 19 percentage points.
The survey found that 83 percent of the public have visited the borger.dk e-government website, up by 2 percentage points since last year. Eighty-eight percent of respondents said they were confident in corresponding via the Digital Post universal e-mail system.
One quarter of respondents (25%) who had done online self-service in the past twelve months said that they required several separate services. This rose to 44 percent among people aged 25 to 34.
