Transforming Government since 2001
The State of Nebraska has just made it easier for attorneys to conduct business with the state with the launch of the Nebraska.gov Attorney Portal, www.nebraska.gov/attorney. The new site brings together varying state entity online services, in order that they may be accessed quickly and easily from a single Web page. The Attorney Portal was built by the State’s official Web portal provider, Nebraska.gov, at no charge to taxpayers.

Some examples of online services that can be accessed through the new portal:

The Attorney Portal also provides links to online services useful for clients such as Driver License Reinstatements and Court Case Payments.

Before the launch of the Attorney Portal, finding these services meant visiting multiple different websites. Bringing these services together in one place is intended to offer additional efficiency to an industry group that interacts with state government on a regular basis, and with increasing frequency, takes advantage of state developed online services. Many of the services are publicly available and free of charge. Some state online services require a user name and password issued with a subscription to Nebraska.gov. Visit www.nebraska.gov/subscriber for more information.
