Launched by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister in the presence of Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the National Suggestion & Complaint System "Tawasul" is among numerous service projects developed by the Informatics and E-Government Authority (iEGA) which have become operational since May.
Tawasul on the link (www.bahrain.bh/wps/portal) enables citizens and residents to easily submit their applications, suggestions or complaints to any government department in the Kingdom of Bahrain at any time and from anywhere.
Every governmental department in Tawasul has assigned a dedicated team to handle the suggestions and complaints according to a pre-set performance indicator and timeframe based on the case category. Tawasul is downloadable on Apple and Android devices from www.bahrain.bh/apps.
