The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has launched 27 new electronic judicial services for the public at GITEX Technology Week. The new services, which are available through the ADJD website, greatly enhance ADJD’s customer service through a comprehensive suite of electronic services that covers all of its divisions, administrations and sections.
The newly added services have been concentrated mainly in the Notary Public & Attestation Department with 18 new services. These include personal declarations related to civil status in addition to five services at Marriage Section and four services at Islam Embracing Section. The Notary Public & Attestation Department reports to the Judicial Support Division and provide the public with notarization and attestation services. Through the website, customers can now generate their transactions, review them and pay applicable fees.
The new services constitute a great step towards the generalization of electronic services at all sections of the Department. Once completed in full, the project will vastly improve service quality and efficiency of performance.
ADJD considers electronic services important tools to enhance customer satisfaction through accelerated transaction execution, better quality and improved relationships with all stakeholders.
ADJD’s portal represents the first and main channel to interact with customers. The information and transactions portal provides information on services offered to public, latest news updates, along with transactional e-services such as Notary Public and e-payment.
