As part of the mGovernment initiatives, the Ministry of Labour (MoL) launched the E-services and smartphones applications award.
The award has four main categories and applications will be accepted from July 15 to September 15. Winners will be announced in a special ceremony to be held during the 35th edition of Gitex Technology Week 2015, in Dubai.
The award was launched to purse the ministry’ plans to shift towards providing Electronic/Smart services, implementing the mGovernment strategies and following UAE Vision 2021.
The Ministry of Labour E-services and Mobile Apps Award will be an annual award that aims to motivate and encourage all staff, customers, and partners to provide creative and innovative ideas in the field of services and smartphone apps to ensure that government services run easily, more efficiently, and with complete transparency.
