Kakao Enterprise announced on the 9th that it has established the nation's first cloud-native-based smart city data hub platform in North Jeolla Province.
The smart city data hub is a platform that collects and manages various data generated within the city to provide data-driven urban operations and services.
Kakao Enterprise has composed three essential modules for the data hub, one urban data collection option module, and two analysis modules that create artificial intelligence (AI) learning models for data utilization.
The company noted that through this, a regional data hub can be established, allowing for integration and utilization when promoting smart city projects at the city and county level within the province, and it will also be used for smart city safety networks.
