Dubrovnik Pass, the digital upgrade of the former Dubrovnik card and the new Smart City solution of the City of Dubrovnik, recorded record results in its first year of introduction.

The gross revenue from the sale of the Dubrovnik Pass in 2022 exceeded 45 million Kuna, thereby surpassing the gross revenue recorded in 2019.

Taking into account the fact that this digital joint ticket to the cultural and monumental attractions of Dubrovnik was presented only at the end of June, as well as the fact that tourist traffic in 2022 reached the level of 80 percent of the reference year 2019, the full effect of the project can only be evaluated on the basis of the achieved results in 2023.

Despite this, the financial results of the new approach, which uses the advantages of the digital system and adapts to demand in real time, proved to be very successful in an extremely short period of time, so Dubrovnik Pass confirmed its justification already in the first month of its introduction. In July 2022, sales revenues in the amount of 5,965,870 Kuna were realized.

In August and September 2022, Dubrovnik Pass sales continued to grow, and the best results were recorded since the introduction of the project in 2010. In August, 33,796 one-day, three-day and seven-day versions of this ticket were sold.

From the beginning of the new year, the Dubrovnik Pass is available at new prices - 35 euros for a day, 45 euros for a three-day and 55 euros for a seven-day version of the ticket.
