Azerbaijan and Estonia have signed an agreement on cooperation in the ICT sector.
Mushfig Amirov, spokesman for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, said the document was signed in New York by foreign ministers of the two countries.
According to him, Azerbaijan previously cooperated closely with Estonia in the ICT sector as well, in particular in the e-government project.
"The document opens up new opportunities for expanding cooperation."
