The Ministry reports that in the course of the session communication minister Ali Abbasov pointed out that state program E-government will enable to improve transparency when considering appeals from citizens, ensure e-services by state agencies, simplify use of these services by citizens and businesses, allow removal of bureaucratic obstacles and take serious measures in this direction.
The Collegiate Organ also discussed the MCIT’s functions in accordance with Cabinet Ministers’ decree from 7 June 2011 on implementation of the relevant presidential decree on closer cooperation with other governmental agencies, a possibility of organizing services in electronic form by the Ministry and its companies.
In conclusion, the minister gave instructions to companies and organizations under the jurisdiction of the MCIT, concerning implementation of orders, introduction of e-services and coordination of activities carried out in state institutions.
