The National Certificate Services Center has a certification service center for governmental agencies and e-government certification service center aimed at providing e-signature services to state agencies, citizens and businesses, the Ministry said.
The executive authorities have been requested to take necessary action to introduce e-signature while offering e-services. Legal entities and individuals are to be provided with e-signature services in centers launched at post offices across the country.
The prices on e-signature have been defined based on international experience and have been economically motivated. The population will be offered e-signature services at discount.
