Samira Musayeva, head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan, has stated that today the first foreign citizen, engaged in business activities in Azerbaijan, has received mobile e-signature ASAN-Imza.
The first foreigner who received the mobile e-signature in Azerbaijan became the head of the Estonian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce and president of B.EST Solutions Jan Krimpe.
Receipt of a mobile e-signature means provision of foreign nationals with the right of permanent residence in Azerbaijan, with access to all public services.
In June alone the centers of easy access to public services (ASAN), the network of which is being developed by the State Agency for Citizen Service & Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, received 52,341 appeals from foreigners for obtaining residency rights in Azerbaijan.
Foreigners who were granted the right of residence and mobile e-signature will become from today equal users of public e-services of both inside and outside of Azerbaijan.
