These new systems aim to organize information sharing and increased effectiveness of government services and to encourage e-service innovation and strengthen the standards of eGovernment frameworks in the GCC.
About 1,000 participants will exchange ideas at the 5-day conference. They will be decision makers from government departments and key policy makers from regional and global government organizations. There will be more than 30 speakers and experts who will share their experience and ideas, WAM says.
This is a key conference in a region that is quickly shifting towards a more ‘smart Government’ structure, said Ali Al Kamali, head of the conference organizing committee.
