The government of Azerbaijan has launched issuance of mortgage loans in electronic format, starting from August 10.
The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies reported that for registration, citizens need an electronic signature [E-imza] or ASAN signature [ASAN imza].
The State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan held the first electronic auction on July 4.
The Committee reported that currently, the "electronic auction" service combines the privatization procedure of vehicles and equipment. In the future, it will be possible to privatize small state enterprises and facilities, joint-stock companies through electronic auction.

Construction of four more centers of "ASAN Service", Azerbaijan’s leading e-Government institution acting on behalf and in cooperation with other state entities in public service provision, launched in 2017.
Inam Karimov, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, announced about this on April 26, adding that new centers will appear in Guba, Sheki, Imishli and Mingachevir, APA reported.
